Company Fee:

The CDC fee is a seasonal fee covering August 2008 through May 2009.

The funds collected will be placed in a separate account from all other PHWD income and will only be used for the Celebration Dance Company. The funds will be used to cover:

  • Rehearsal/Instructor’s fees
  • Theater rental & rehearsal fees
  • Technician fees
  • Prop & Set construction & supplies
  • Equipment rental for shows
  • Fabric for incremental costumes
  • Costume rental from other theater groups
  • Company promotional manager fees
  • Seamstress fees & photographer fees
  • Bible study materials
  • Advertising

This fund will give us an operating budget for the Company and will be supplemented by the sale of Company merchandise & ticket sales for the Christmas productions. The Company fee is non-refundable & non-transferable. The Company fee will not cover the following:

  • Participation in guest teachers’ workshops, i.e.: Glory Dance, Armor of Light, Ballet Magnificat!
  • Participation in & travel associated with various dance events/competitions, i.e. Dance Revolution

The cost of these events will be incremental and will be funded by fundraisers or individual payments.

CDC Ballet Fee:     $200/dancer
CDC Jazz Fee:      $200/dancer

CDC Ballet & Jazz:          $360 (10% discount)

CDC fees are due in full on Sept. 1, 2008 -- non-refundable; non-transferable for any other PHWD/CDC use.   Payment plans may be arranged, if necessary.   Payment plans will be at a slightly higher cost (+10% over 5 months).   Contact the office if you need to arrange a payment plan.

In addition to the Company Fee, there may be incremental expenses which are to be covered by fundraisers, merchandise sales and individual payments (i.e.: matching outerwear, competition fees, etc.).   PHWD does not underwrite the expenses of CDC.

*This year the Ballet Company will begin working on a Classical Ballet to perform in the spring.   Fundraising will be critical to fund the Ballet.   Shortfalls will be covered by individuals.

*This year the Jazz Company will attend two competitions.   Fundraising will be critical to fund costumes and help cover travel costs.   Shortfalls in funding will have to be covered by individuals.

Payment should be made to PHWD and noted as CDC fees.   Please keep CDC fees separate from all other PHWD payments
